Condé Nast was marking a pivotal moment: the official expansion and celebration of its four flagship Middle Eastern brands—Vogue Arabia, GQ Middle East, Architectural Digest Middle East, and Condé Nast Traveller Middle East—in Dubai. The client required an event that served as a defining statement for the media and luxury industries in the region.



Our vision was to stage an exclusive, sophisticated hub for cultural discourse and luxury. We engineered the event around a core theme of Elevated Discourse and Seamless Branding, transforming the undeveloped Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab into a premium setting. The design centered on a distinguished editorial panel talk, featuring global and regional editors, along with powerful speeches by Roger Lynch and Anna Wintour. The programme was meticulously designed to focus on the pivotal role the Middle East plays in shaping the future of media, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to authentic storytelling and regional representation.





The event was a defining success, solidifying Condé Nast's cultural investment and generating immediate global attention. The key impact was the unprecedented media coverage driven by the historic presence of global leaders, including Anna Wintour, and the powerful editorial panel discussion. Furthermore, we achieved flawless logistical execution by successfully managing the highly complex transformation and security requirements of the yet-to-be-opened Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab venue. This event successfully positioned the four flagship publications as authoritative voices, delivering high-value engagement among regional leaders and confirming the brand’s commitment to shaping the future of media in the Middle East.
